Rooms To Hire The Lancaster Centre has several different rooms available for hire, each room is purposefully furnished. The centre also has other resources available. If you are interested in hiring a room then please telephone the Centre to confirm availability. If the requested room is available send the completed booking form to the centre via mail or please e-mail the completed booking form to timfellows@thelancastercentre.co.uk. The Conference Room The Conference room is a multi purpose room that is suitable for: Training Formal Meetings AGM's Yoga, relaxation and meditation groups The Conference room can fit groups of up to 30 people and is fully air conditioned. The room has internet access ports for computer training as well as flip charts and other conference and training facilities which are available. The Conference room also has an induction loop system installed. The Sitting Room The Sitting Room is a spacious room suitable for: Drop-ins Informal Meetings Support Groups The Sitting room offers a spacious and relaxing enviroment with large windows, comfy chairs, sofas and coffee tables. This room seats 15 people. Counselling and Therapy Room The Counselling Room is a compact room suitable for: One to one counselling Advice sessions Complementary therapies A complimentary therapy couch and CD player are available for hire.
